Once the design is finalized, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. This secures your materials and dedicated crafting time.
Your piece is meticulously crafted by hand. This process typically takes 3-7 working days depending on complexity. You'll receive updates on progress.
Each piece receives undivided attention during the creation process.
Once completed, your piece is carefully packaged and delivered. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup.
